Role and Responsibilities:

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager, who will work as part of a team & responsible for execution, and administration of AI-powered products and services. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be required to ensure that AI initiatives adhere to quality standards, meet customer requirements, and align with business objectives. Moreover, your responsibilities include market research, product strategy development, and the ongoing enhancement of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Create and manage product roadmaps.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Prepare & communicate product requirements and specifications to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine product features.
  • Analyze product performance against KPIs and metrics.
  • Iterate on product features based on user feedback and data analysis.
  • Present product plans and updates to executive management and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in AI product development & management related roles.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in product management tools e.g., JIRA, Trello etc.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
