Role and Responsibilities:

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner Business Manager to drive relationships with Technology Platform companies (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce, Workday, SeviceNow, Big 4 etc) and other key partners crucial to drive the growth of the company’s Intelligent Services business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with technology platform companies and other key partners to drive the growth of our Intelligent Services business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners’ executive and senior management teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute joint go-to- market strategies, including marketing initiatives, solution development, and sales enablement programs.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize partnership impact and revenue generation.
  • Understand, Negotiate, Sign-up and Manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals, objectives, and values.
  • Maximise partner program benefits, create and execute joint GTM plans and foster collaboration with partners and sales, technology & delivery teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on partner products, services, and market positioning, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Drive internal awareness and engagement around strategic partnerships, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet organizational standards.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our Intelligent Services offerings, effectively positioning our solutions to partners and customers.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Engineering / MBA
  • 8-12 years’ experience in managing Global SI and/or Tech Platform companies and/or Big 4.
Preferred Skills:
  • Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, result oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth, market positioning, and competitive intelligence.
