Role and Responsibilities:
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP MM Developer You’ll work as part of a team responsible for administration, maintenance and optimization of our Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of the SAP MM module.
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis and system design to meet business needs.
- Execute end-to-end project tasks, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP MM applications, addressing issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly to minimize disruption.
- Monitor system performance and execute necessary adjustments to enhance user experience
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users, ensuring they understand SAP MM functionalities and processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for future enhancements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-6 years’ experience.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification in MM module is desirable.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in materials management and supply chain operations.
- Ensuring that the coverage is there in two shifts and on call support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
