Role and Responsibilities:

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager, who  facilitate the implementation of products by directing cross-functional teams to execute plans. This facilitation requires coordination to enable efficient execution and the Project Manager serves as the single point of contact for the Customer throughout the course of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and track progress against milestones.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring project aligns with defined objectives.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
• Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project success.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members and departments.
• Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet organizational standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
