Role and Responsibilities:
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive sales of our SAP S/4HANA integration and migration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales, specifically in the SAP ecosystem, and will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and fostering long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quarterly services revenue for SAP S/4HANA integration and migration services.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within target accounts and industries (preferably Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities, Government).
- Maintain relationships with key partners eg SAP
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions and value propositions for prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration and migration services, effectively positioning our offerings to clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies related to SAP S/4HANA.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize account potential and revenue generation.
- Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our SAP S/4HANA integration and migration services.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Engineering / MBA
- 8-12 years’ experience in pre-sales/sales for SAP ERP

- Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, result oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth, market positioning, and competitive intelligence.
