Role and Responsibilities:
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Application Developer, who should be able to work independently and as a part of a team responsible for building Android, iOS and responsive mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop iOS, Android & responsive mobile applications using Flutter, and other related mobile technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Translate design mockups and wireframes into high-quality, responsive UI components.
- Ensure the applications are optimized for performance and user experience.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/services.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and optimize the app for performance.
- Monitor application performance and user feedback to improve functionality.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate server-side logic.
- Produce technical specifications and designs. Participate in new business development through ideation, prototype development, and project estimates.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team discussions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a Strong understanding of mobile development principles for Android and iOS platforms
- Proficient in Flutter framework.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration best practices.
- Familiarity with Firebase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms.
- Experience with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Experience in Objective C is beneficial.
- Have apps published in the App Store and Play Store.
- Experience with migration of native apps to Flutter.
- Experience with the development of Flutter plug-ins and modules.
- Experience with an app deployment pipeline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
